The 2008 Australasian Safari dates have been announced. This year's Safari will take place between the 23 - 30 August in Western Australia.

Following the cancellation of the 2008 Lisbon Dakar, the Australasian Safari [Formerly the Australian Safari] is expected to become one of the highlights on the 2008 rally raid calendar.

We will be running 5/6 BMW xChallenge 650 bikes in the 2008 Australasian Safari.

* A free 'Get to know your bike' day. This is where we setup the bike to your requirements and where you can get used to the feel of the bike and equipment. It also gives you a chance to meet the team and fellow competitors. All transport, lunch, fuel and dinner are included in this day. We will run this day two days before scrutineering.

Further notes

We are currently negotiating with BMW for their support during the event. We hope to have BMW clothing and merchandise available free to our team along with BMW marketing support.

Our aim is to provide you with a bike that will finish the event. The physical part is up to you. We will also have a spare bike available in the event of a bad crash.

We also give a 10% discount if you introduce 1 other rider that signs on with us for the event.
